Hello, and welcome.

A long time ago, I studied consciousness and the brain at the University of Pennsylvania, planning for a career in neuroscience. But bipolar disorder derailed those plans.
It took seven years of chaos before I was diagnosed, and I turned my back on medication and therapy, believing impetuously that I could find a better way. After another eight years of hell I got a lucky break and made a serendipitous discovery that would change my life. I definitively ended my bipolar cycles on April 4, 1995.
The catalyst was a simple set of questions which restructured the architecture of my feeling mind. These questions focused my attention in such a way that the nuances of inner feeling states became vividly tangible. I was able to work with my feelings as if they were objects, intervening in their habituated patterns and correcting their intense imbalances.
In the 13 years since then, I have relentlessly developed this discovery into a comprehensive theory of the feeling mind and a powerful methodology to promote freedom, power, and wisdom in all of us. The specific technique I invented 13 years ago I call Tangible Mapping, and the comprehensive program of personal development is Tangible Mastery. (To read more about this journey of discovery, browse the excerpts from my upcoming book.) I welcome you to this site, and invite your feedback in any form.
My intention is to make this work available to you in many ways, so you can apply it to your own liberation and empowerment. And I wish to support you in integrating Tangible Mastery into any personal or spiritual practice you may already be pursuing, to enhance and support your journey wherever it may be taking you.
