Tangible Witness class series: 8 weeks, $240.

This is the best opportunity I’ve offered yet, for you to leap into the Tangible Mapping process and reap big rewards right away.

• Each class will be a transformative learning experience. The heart of the class will consist of my facilitating the Tangible Mapping process, with each person focusing on their own inner experience, taking their own notes. In each class, we will map and move one feeling state, and map at least one Witness state. At the end of the class, I’ll help you identify ways to apply what you’ve discovered through your mapping.
• You’ll gain significant relief and transformation with any issue you focus on. Over the eight weeks, you will have an opportunity to map and move at least half a dozen feeling states. Plus, you will gain familiar access to all three Witness states, awareness that you will be able to apply in all areas of your life.
• You can maintain your privacy in the group. It’s ok for you to show up to the class and not share any of the inner work you do while you’re there. So if you feel intimidated by the idea of getting all cozy with a bunch of strangers, rest assured you will be supported in maintaining your privacy.
• You can miss up to two classes and still get the full benefit of the series. Content will overlap from class to class, to support those of you with conflicting schedules. Also, depending on class sizes, you may be able to come to an alternate meeting of the class if you can’t attend the one you signed up for.
• Class size is very limited, so please reserve your spot quickly! Alert me of your intention with a phone call or email and secure your place with a non-refundable deposit of $50.
• Classes are conveniently located at my home office in Capitol Hill. The address is 1911 E Roy Street, #4, Seattle 98112. There is plenty of street parking available.

As a special thank-you, people who register with full payment 7 days before the first class will also receive a 90-minute private session to be scheduled any time during the eight-week class. This is a great way to amplify your class experience. For those of you want to do this work but are unable to commit to a full series of eight classes at this time, I’d like to offer you a special, private session for mapping your Witness states.

Private Tangible Witness session: 2 hours, $125. At a minimum, you will map and move one feeling state, and map your First Witness. You will also receive a three-step focusing exercise to help you build on your experience and apply your new awareness to your everyday life.
