The inset frames below contain a structured video facilitation on the left, and a form to record your answers on the right. You can save or print the form once you've completed it. You can use this facilitated practice to map and release any number of feeling states, gaining self awareness and mastery with each one you do. Please see the bottom of the page for suggestions on how to take this work even further. While you will gain relief and insight by working with individual feeling states, the deepest, most thorough work comes in the context of a structured practice.

For more flexibility in laying out your screen, open the video facilitation and the notes template in their own, separate windows. Then size and arrange the windows so they work best for you on your computer.

Open the video facilitation in a new window.

Open the notes template in a new window.

Check out the Help and Comments Page: Click here for FAQs on how to use this page, as well as an area at the bottom to leave your comments and questions. Or just contact me directly.

CAUTION: If you refresh your browser screen before saving or printing your work, you'll lose it. I recommend saving your notes periodically to your computer. (See the Help Page if you have any questions about how to do that.)
